Well Its been over a year since I last painted properly and posted the results.

So having moved to my new apartment in Porthcawl by the sea I have started painting again

First painting interminably is a seascape from just down the coast at Southerndown

High Tide at Dawn at Monknash

Following a morning walk around Monknash at high tide, dawn one morning a week ago, I have taken several photos and am now attempting this for the first time. So here goes.....

Rest Bay - Porthcawl

I was asked before Christmas if I would look at painting Rest Bay - Porthcawl, from a photograph my friend had. I started work on this, before the festive season. However, with all the fun of the festive season this piece of work has been on ummmm .... hold!!! But now lets get back in to it :)

Sunset Porthcawl 2014

Driving home the last week or two I have seen some spectacular sunsets, unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to snap a couple of shot. So courtesy of Mr Google I have found some nice pictures of Sunsets of Porthcawl.
