Well Its been over a year since I last painted properly and posted the results.

So having moved to my new apartment in Porthcawl by the sea I have started painting again

First painting interminably is a seascape from just down the coast at Southerndown

Three Cliffs Bay Swansea

Well with the landscape a predominately yellowy brown colour I have been looking for other points of interests. So I think this is becoming a series of seascapes.
This one is Three Cliffs Bay in Swansea, a nice secluded beach mainly due to the trek back to the car pack!!!

Well finally taken a better picture :)

Well I need to have a look when the light is better and take more photos over the weekend.

Sunset 2014

Well following my sky for Porthcawl Sunset 2014 I wanted to paint an unrestricted sky at sunset and use more colour so here goes

Driving home the last week or two I have seen some spectacular sunsets, unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to snap a couple of shot. So courtesy of Mr Google I have found some nice pictures of Sunsets of Porthcawl.
So with out further adieu here's the painting as it develops!

Rhossili Beach from Cliff top

Following on from the Seascapes of Swansea Bay from Aberavon sea front, I have moved back around to Rhossili. This time rather than Worms Head I have plumped for a view of Rhossili beach from the Cliff above
